SOUL-WINNING
Prov. 11:30 ". . he that winneth souls is wise."
Suppose you came home late at night after your family fell asleep, and as you pulled into the driveway you suddenly noticed that your house was on fire. What would you do? Think about your answer. The blazing hot fire is in the kitchen, smoke rising and starting to fill the house. What would you do?
Choose one:NOTHING
RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN, SCREAMING, TRYING TO WAKE YOUR FAMILY UP AND GET THEM OUT OF THERE.PRAY ABOUT IT FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES, AND IF GOD SAYS FOR YOU TO DO SOMETHING, THEN DO IT, BUT ONLY IF GOD SAYS, "YES."
DO SOMETHING, UNLESS GOD SAYS AND ONLY IF HE SAYS "NO." PERHAPS HE ALREADY HAS SOMEONE ELSE PUTTING OUT THE FIRE. (YOU’VE ALREADY BEEN IN AN ATTITUDE OF PRAYER BY THE SPIRIT ALL DAY LONG.)
What is our choices? How deep is our love? Is it God’s will for His church to evangelize? The answer is an emphatic YES! "And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely." Rev 22:17 (KJV)
Notice it is not only the the Spirit saying "Come," but also the bride which says "Come."
